A scarce silver Provincial Charles1 spoon with a highly unusual "Rose" seal top. Probably East Anglian as the marks are set out in a traditional Norwich/East Anglian way the top mark being where the "Rose" seal joins the main stem. It is most unusual to have a "Tudor" rose as the seal top.
