Refunds and Guarantee
We guarantee our collection if bought from us, and if for any reason you are not satisfied we will refund on the price paid (excluding any costs incurred) upon receipt of the returned item provided it is in the same condition as sent. Please let us know within 14 days of receipt by phone or email.
